Worldwide Escape Artist Relay 2007 - Documentation

Participants in the Worldwide Escape Artist Relay are asked to document their escapes in several ways.

Written Statements

The minimum documentation requested is a statement from the escape artist and statements from two witnesses not related to the escape artist. The forms are available as PDFs from this website:

Escape Artist Record Form - required from each escape artist.

Witness Form - at least two witnesses required.

Photos

Digital photos should be sent via email to Dr. Wilson.

Videos

A few have sent me to a third party website to download their footage which isn't working too well SO here is what I can use for the WEAR movie - VHS, mini Dv, or a DVD in the following formats : Quicktime movie or a medium quality, to preferably a high quality Mpeg 4

I will construct the movie from the footage sent in. I think an aproximate 2 week deadline is enough time.

The rules are simple. I can show the footage on one of my upcoming escape DVDs, yet to be announced and anyone may download the movie I put on the internet but you can not sell or transfer the footage to any broadcast or commercial medium. You may share the free footage with anyone, to show that you were part of the event.
