Minutes of Executive Meeting
March 16, 2008
There was a very brief meeting after the Ring meeting on March 16, 2008. At this meeting, the results of email discussions recorded here were confirmed.
Officers:

Minutes. The minutes of the
February Executive Meeting were approved unanimously without amendment in an email vote on March 11, 2008.
Treasurer's Report. The Treasurer's Report for the
March Ring Meeting was approved unanimously as the report for this meeting.
Banquet. The President's Banquet, held on March 9, 2008, was subsidized by the Ring.
The Board voted unanimously to use money from its Discretionary Fund (budgeted at $400) to cover the cost, estimated at $120.
Appointments. Matt Bennage accepted Danny Baker's appointment as Contest Official for the
Max Malini Parlor Magic Contest via email on March 4, 2008.
At the March Ring meeting, Danny appointed Paul Szauter as Chair of Publicity and Ticket Sales and Contest Official Matt Bennage as General Show Chair and Chair of Talent Coordination.
There is no need for a Chair of Stage and Theater Management for this event.
