Minutes for Executive Meeting
April 2010


The Board met on Sunday, April 18, 2010, at Happy China Buffet.

I, II, III. Call to Order, Rules of Order, Adoption of the Agenda. President Geoffrey Miller called the meeting to order under the revised Rules of Order. The Board adopted the agenda, which had been developed in advance via email.

IV. Minutes

The Minutes of the prior Board meeting were approved in an email vote on 03/21/2010.


V. Treasurer's Report

President Geoffrey Miller reported that the balance in the old Ring account at Machias Savings Bank was $1750.00. He wrote a check to "I.B.M. Ring 362" for $1700.00 and gave it to Treasurer Prashant Srivastava for deposit in the new account at Key Bank. The balances at Key Bank were not available.


VI. Old Business

A. Appointments.

Sergeant At Arms Brian Rodgers has been out of touch for several months and has not renewed his Ring membership. The Board unanimously approved a motion to appoint Danny Baker as Sergeant At Arms to fill the remainder of the 2010 term.

The President made several appointments; others remain open. Appointments include:


VII. New Business

A. Closing of Ring Bank Account at Machias Savings Bank.

Treasurer Prashant Srivastava has established a new Ring bank account at Key Bank. The President made a motion to close the Ring account at Machias Savings Bank. The motion passed unanimously.

With no further business, a motion was made to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
